Ways to Serve People in our 2 service format
With Calvary 2.0, we expand your capacity to get involved with Calvary. Two worship times allow you to experience Calvary and serve with Calvary. You can worship in one hour and serve in the other! This unique opportunity will allow you and your family to get involved in ways that you’ve never experienced before. Here are some ways to get involved on Sunday morning.
If you are interested in any of the opportunities listed, express your interest by clicking the button below and filling out a contact form. Our leadership will be in touch with you within a few days after filling it out.
Calvary 2.0 allows leaders to become more intentional in their discipleship of children by developing consistent relationships between the volunteer and child. As a children ministry volunteer, you will make an investment into the life of a child and the future of our church. There’s a place to serve for everyone who loves children and wants to see them grow in Lord!
With our Youth Ministry, leaders have the opportunity to guide students in developing a deeper faith in Christ. As a leader in this format, you will be able to lead discussion in breakout sessions with students and explore into God’s Word.
Arriving in a new place for the first time can be intimidating. Our greeting team makes sure that guests and regulars are greeted with a smile and a handshake on Sunday morning. As people arrive at the worship center, they make sure that people have everything they need before engaging the Lord in worship.
As people arrive on campus, it takes a team of people to make sure they are directed properly and engaged with helpful directions. This vital team also helps keep our campus secure while your family worships at Calvary. With Calvary 2.0, now you can serve on our parking team and still attend worship in the next hour.
An important part of Calvary 2.0 is the music involved with our worship experiences. Our worship team facilitates the musical portion of our worship experience. With the expansion of two worship experiences, our worship team has more opportunities for you to become a part of the team.
LifeGroup leaders foster an environment of community and spiritual growth with a small group of people. As a facilitator of community, you will lead in spiritual discussion and provide opportunities for connection and mission moments. You can choose to lead a group in whichever format fits you- on-campus on Sunday mornings or off-campus on Sunday evenings.
With Calvary 2.0, we are adding more opportunities for connection and expanding our LifeGroup leadership base to facilitate these new groups.
