Our lives were made by God to make a difference. Here at Calvary we have seen the goodness of God on our behalf, and on behalf of others. We must continue in our faithfulness to expand the opportunities to reach beyond ourselves. We are Building the Kingdom, His Kingdom! Our Time for faithfulness is Now! As you read this, I am personally asking you to participate in accomplishing the work of Christ here at Calvary! Here is how you can be involved:
Pray – Ask the Lord to provide His protection and His provision as we update our facilities and capacities to reach others with the message of our savior Jesus Christ.
Plan – Look for ways that you can creatively alter your personal spending habits so that you discover margin in your time and treasures to give to the work of God at Calvary.
Pledge – After praying and planning, commit to a solid figure over and above the tithe that you will give toward helping accomplish the renovations to this campus.
Participate – It is more than your money...it is your life! Beyond fulfilling your financial pledge, I ask you to be active in support of the work at Calvary. Volunteer through serving in a ministry, giving of your time, or by reaching out to someone who could be encouraged by God’s people here. I am thankful for the work of God here at Calvary and for the faithfulness of His people. Let us achieve great things together as God uses our capacities to accomplish His vision for making a difference in New Orleans and beyond.
