1) ONLINE DEVELOPMENT TOOLS

Email: Pastor Beau will send out weekly emails focused on the vision of the LifeGroup ministry. These emails are designed to help you grow as a LifeGroup leader. Although the emails willl also include logistics, they are primarily designed to focus on leadership growth and development. Be sure that Pastor Beau has your current email address and pay close attention to them. They are normal sent on Monday afternoons around 3pm.

2) Lifegroup Leadership Training Event
Saturday, August 3rd 9am-2pm

With Pastor Michael and Special Guest Bro. Gearl Spicer

Here’s a sample of schedule:

9am- Opening prayer/devotion from Pastor Michael

10-12pm- Discovering the BIO vision

12-1pm- Lunch with discussion

1-2pm- Details for the Fall; time for questions with Pastor Beau

3) LEADERSHIP TRAINING NIGHTS:

Leadership Trainings are designed for LifeGroup leaders and any member of your Life Group you want to bring. It is designed for people who need to better understand the vision of our LifeGroup ministry. 

Goal- to reinforce the transformational vision of LifeGroups in leaders and have the vision catch the heart of group members possibly exciting them into a greater role of leadership in LifeGroup ministry

4) ONE ON ONE TIME: 

Pastor Beau will schedule lunch with each Life Group leader in order to spend time sharing the vision and working on specific issues related to your group. This will be intentional time of development designed for specific details relating to individual groups and vision casting for the group’s future.

These lunches will be very important to the development of your group. It is one of the best ways to ask questions and bring up specifics in an extended time frame together.
